Nine new PhD students enrolled at the department

The following PhD students begin their studies at MGMT in February 2026:


Astrid Frank Bojsen with the project title 'Understanding and effecting suistainable transitions through multilayered installation design'. Astrid will be working with supervisors Jessica Aschemann-Witzel and Alice Grønhøj and affiliated with the SIM section.


Benjamin Ghoula on the project 'How to improve assessment and selection decisions in research funding'. Benjamin will be working with supervisors Lars Frederiksen and Carsten Bergenholtz and affiliated with the SIM section.


Ida Marie Friis Nakskov with the project title 'How to be more than just hype: implementing articial intellligence in healthcare through the lens of ethics'. Ida will be working with supervisors Jonas Valbjørn Andersen and Susan Hilbolling and affiliated with the ODA section.


Jan Smolinski with the project title 'The AI co-founder as an autonomous agent. Evaluating its role in entrepreneurial decision-making description of the project'. Jan will be working with supervisors Franziska Günzel-Jensen and Peter Kesting and affiliated with the SIM section.


Jeanine Schweiker with the project title 'Exploring reasons and consequences of leader mental health disclosure'. Jeanine will be working with supervisors Ann-Kristina Løkke Møller and Panagiotis Mitkidis and affiliated with the ODA section.


Maria Gouela with the project title 'Communicating the environmental impacts of food'. Maria will be working with supervisors Polymeros Chrysochou and Sascha Steinmann and affiliated with the SIM section.


Michele Andrea Tagliavini with the project title 'Hybrid third places as entrepreneurial intrastructures: Ressource access and mobilization in superdiverse cities'. Michele will be working with supervisors Franziska Günzel-Jensen and Susan Hilbolling and affiliated with the SIM section.
