New PhD student at MGMT - Anna Malene Jensen
Hello everyone,
My name is Anna Malene, but I am just called Malene. I am excited to join the OSA section as a new PhD student. My research will focus on the relationship between different management accounting techniques and psychological stress and safety. Through a quantitative approach, I will explore the human-centric aspects of this topic and analyse its causes and effects.
My supervisor for this project is Thomas Borup Kristensen, and my co-supervisor is Margit Malmose.
Before starting my PhD, I earned a Master's in Management accounting from Aalborg University and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. I have also gained experience working in retail with various job titles before completing my masters.
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and our young son. We often visit the zoo, participate in children's gymnastics, or explore local playgrounds. I also enjoy indulging in my guilty pleasure of scrolling through Netflix while enjoying a glass of red wine.
I look forward to collaborating with everyone. If you have any current management accounting topics to discuss, aspects of psychological stress to explore, or Netflix recommendations to share, please don't hesitate to stop by my office at 2628-M413. I'm always up for a good cup of coffee.
Thank you for the warm welcome, and I'm excited to join the department!
