Six new PhD students enrolled at the department

The following PhD students begin their studies at MGMT in September 2025:


Cecilie Torp Lohse with the project title 'Multilevel Organizational Adaptation: Exploring Contingencies in the Danish Healthcare System'. Cecilie will be working with supervisors Dorthe Døjbak Håkonsson and Iben Duvald and affiliated with the ODA section.


Julia Catharina Hannemann with the project title 'Managing Firm-Initiated Re- and Upskilling Programs for Digital Skills - The Role of Individuals' Self-Determination Potential, Work Engagement and Organizational Facilitation'. Julia will be working with supervisors Mirja Hubert and Oana Vuculescu and affiliated with the SIM section.


Yu Peng with the project title 'Reducint or Reinforcing Bureaucracy: Government Digitalization and Corporate Perceptions of Re Tap'. Yu Peng will be working with supervisors Jakob Arnoldi and Anders Ryom Villadsen and affiliated with the ODA section.


Lars Mühling with the project title 'It's not you, it's me: The dark side of narcissism in Top-Management Team members and the influence on employees' psychological safety'. Lars will be working with supervisors Heidi Houlberg Salomonsen and Ingo Kleindienst and affiliated with the ODA section.


Marita Cenev who will be working with supervisors Ann-Kristina Løkke Møller and Birte Asmuß and affiliated with the ODA section.


Yanxin Lu who will be working with supervisors Panos Mitkidis and Christian Elbæk and affiliated with the ODA section.
