New PhD student at MGMT - Patrycja Julia Rogozińska

Hi everyone,

My name is Patrycja and I’m a new PhD student at the Department of Management.

I’ve been a part of Aarhus University for some years already, but I couldn’t be happier for the start of this new exciting journey. It’s truly my dream job.

I completed Bachelor’s in Economics and Business Administration (BScB) and Master’s in Business Intelligence at Aarhus BSS. During my studies, I had a research internship at AU and a PhD course in Advanced Econometrics from ECON. Those experiences along with amazing academic level and inspiring staff at the university were key elements in my decision to pursue research work. 

Since I have work experience from both corporate environments but also academia it seems like a great match to pursue research on innovation and AI in organizational environments. My project topic is „What is the Future of Innovation? How Human-AI Collaboration is Shaping the Future of Innovative Problem-Solving?” where I’ll be exploring the effects of new technology on different aspects of innovation processes. 

Privately, I’m a Polish foodie who is always happy to chat about food (although biased towards pierogi, I enjoy many different cuisine styles) or exchange recipes. I also enjoy staying active and hiking whenever possible.

It’s a pleasure to join the Department of Management. I’m based in 2623-207, just around the corner from coffee machines and will be happy to chat or participate in sports challenges.
