If you would like to talk about concerns or sensitive issues related to the psychological work environment at MGMT, or if you have experienced behaviour that feels offensive – towards yourself or others – and prefer not to involve management, your union representative (TR/tillidsrepræsentant), or the occupational health and safety representative, you are encouraged to reach out to our ombudsperson, Oana Vuculescu, at email: ombudsman@mgmt.au.dk (this mailbox is accessible only to Oana).

Any conversation with the ombudsperson is completely confidential, unless you choose otherwise.
