Head of Early Career Development

Helle Neergaard is Head of Early Career Development at the Department of Management.

The Head of Early Career Development assists postdoc and assistant professors navigate their career path. The support includes but is not limited to:

Career planning including

• job applications,
• teaching (e.g. portfolio development, identification of and balance in relevant teaching activities, collegial supervision etc),
• research (input to research plans, research collaborations, feedback on the publication process, friendly reviewing of manuscripts),
• external funding (when, what and how),
• research visibility and dissemination,  
• academic citizenship,
• cultural integration or any other matters on which you feel you need support or advice
  including more personal issues.
