Waste sorting: the waste bins in the offices should be used for paper only, while all other forms of waste – including perishable waste – should be put in the kitchen bins. The waste baskets in our offices are emptied twice a week.

Desks and other surfaces are wiped once a week, but only if you have removed all papers and other personal belongings. You are welcome to talk to the cleaning people in order to arrange when you would like your desk etc. to be cleaned.

Floors are washed once every week.

Furniture is vacuum cleaned when needed.
