Three new associate professors at MGMT

We are happy to announce that Lise Tordrup Heeager, Nikolaus Obwegeser and Tobias Otterbring have have been appointed associate professors from November 2018.

Lise Tordrup Heeager
Nikolaus Obwegeser
Tobias Otterbring

Lise's research revolves around Information Systems where she focuses on action research and case studies of agile software development (of safety-critical systems), IT-adoption in organisations and agile IT project management. She has published in high-ranking IS journals, such as the Information Systems Journal and Empirical Software Engineering.

Nikolaus conducts research at the intersection of technology, society, and organisations. He particularly enjoys to investigate emerging phenomena that change the way we work or live, such as digital innovation and organisational transformation. His recent works have been published in journals such as Technovation or Information Systems Management.

Tobias’ research focuses on how non-verbal cues, such as smiling, eye contact, interpersonal touch, and physical appearance, can influence consumers’ purchase behaviour and product preferences. Such topics are typically investigated through field studies and lab-based experiments, and with a mix of theoretical perspectives, ranging from evolutionary psychology to sensory marketing.

Congratulations to our new associate professors!
