Helle Neergaard receives grant from the Nordic Research Council
The grant will fund workshops strengthening the network of Nordic researchers on women’s entrepreneurship
The Nordic Research Council has granted Professor Helle Neergaard 366,000 SEK for a Nordic research network to develop A Nordic Research Agenda for Women Entrepreneurs.
The other Nordic participants are Professor Gry Alsos from Nord University; Professor Karin Berglund from Linné Universitetet and Professor Ulla Hytti from Turun Yliopisto.
The intention is to strengthen the network of Nordic researchers on women’s entrepreneurship through three workshops that will elaborate on three areas: the role of gender in i) understanding and formulating entrepreneurship policy; ii) develop entrepreneurship education and iii) shape women’s entrepreneurial career paths. The network will collaborate widely with practitioners.
