Abstract
There has never been so much discussion about the entrepreneurial mindset (EM) as in the past few years. The purpose of focusing on EM in higher education is to make entrepreneurial behaviour more desirable and feasible for a higher number of students in the long term, including students who have not previously shown interest in entrepreneurial action (Ilonen and Heinonen, 2018; Kuratko and Morris, 2018; Larsen, 2022). However, little is known about the role of specific educational interventions in fostering the attributes associated with EM. One of the difficulties facing researchers attempting to address this question relates to the identification of potential markers of the EM attributes in the individual students (Robinson et al., 2016) . This study proposes the use of reflection logs embedded in the learning process as an approach to identify markers of EM. Drawing on discourse analysis, the underlying rationale is that markers of EM attributes can be identified in the way students communicate about entrepreneurship and themselves as entrepreneurial change agents. The study thus addresses the question: In which ways are EM attributes expressed in the reflections students make when going through an EE program?
