Important: Car rental must always be approved beforehand by the Head of Department. This applies to both external funding and department funding.
AU has entered into an agreement with Europcar which means that you can get a discount on car rental in Denmark and abroad. This agreement only applies when travelling on official AU business and only when travel by public transport is not feasible!
