Two new assistant professors at MGMT
We are delighted to announce that Janis Zickfeld and Sebastian Oelrich have been appointed assistant professors in the ODA section from April 2024
Janis Zickfeld has been a postdoc with Panos for almost three years and will become an assistant professor in the OB&M unit from 15 April. His research focuses on the interplay between social-relational factors and moral behaviour in decision-making, especially in business psychology and ethics. Janis employs diverse methodologies and already has an impressive publication record.
Sebastian Oelrich will join us as an assistant professor in accounting and management accounting from 1 April. He was previously a postdoc at TUD Technical University of Dresden. Sebastian’s research is in the field of management accounting and centred on organisational wrongdoing, with a focus on fraud and corruption, and incorporating insights from the field of business ethics.
